Tree Frog

I had the idea for this project quite some time ago, back when the Mental Ray renderer was my main weapon of choice. Well, now real-time renderers are fortunately a lot faster now, I was able to achieve the results I wanted pretty quickly. Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4, built in Maya and Zbrush, textured in Substance Painter.

Originally creature a rig system which after review, was unnecessarily elaborate. In the end, I made a series of blend shapes that did the job.
